Troubleshooting
Common issues, fast fixes, and where to send a bug report.
Wallet won't connect
- Make sure your wallet extension is unlocked.
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Disconnect from the site in your wallet's settings, then reconnect.
- Try a different wallet (MetaMask, Rabby).
- If using a hardware wallet, ensure blind signing is enabled.
"Wrong network" error
You're not on Seismic testnet. The app shows a Switch network button. Click it and approve the prompt in your wallet. If you need to add the network manually, use the values below.

Faucet didn't send funds
- Confirm you submitted the right address (case doesn't matter; typos do).
- Confirm you're checking your balance on Seismic testnet, not Ethereum.
- Wait 5 minutes and refresh. Faucets sometimes lag.
- Check the faucet's rate limit. If you've already claimed recently, you may need to wait a few hours.

Swap reverts or fails
| Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| Insufficient gas | Get more SIZE from the faucet. |
| Slippage too tight | Raise your slippage tolerance slightly and retry. |
| Stale quote | The price moved between when you reviewed and confirmed. Refresh the quote. |
| Pool too thin | Your trade is large relative to pool depth. Try a smaller size. |
Privacy moment shows "unavailable"
The privacy proof couldn't be fetched yet, usually a timing issue with the indexer. Wait a minute and refresh. The trade itself succeeded. Check Trade history to confirm. If it persists, please report it.
Transaction is "pending" forever
Open your wallet's transaction list and check the actual status. If it's truly stuck:
- Try speeding it up from your wallet (raise gas).
- Or cancel it from your wallet (replace with a 0-value tx to yourself at higher gas).
Auto-earn toggle not visible
Auto-earn is rolling out gradually during testnet. If you don't see it, it isn't live for your account yet.
Lost access to email or social-login wallet
If you signed in with Privy (email, Google, etc.), use the same login method on the same device. Your wallet is recoverable through that login.
If you exported the private key earlier, you can import it into any wallet. That's the most resilient option.
Reporting a bug
Tell us:
- What you were trying to do (e.g. "swap 100 USDC for ETH").
- What happened ("clicked Swap, nothing happened" or paste the error).
- Your wallet address so we can look up your transaction.
- Transaction hash, if there is one.
- Browser and wallet (Chrome + MetaMask, Safari + Rabby, etc.).
The more specific the report, the faster we can fix it. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.
